Church Leader The Reverend Vic Iwanuschak MA I have been at All Saints' since 2000 when I was ordained Deacon. I was Assistant Curate up until March 2003 when I was made Priest in Charge. During my time here we have seen considerable church growth and many ministries discovered and developed. Our youth and community work is extensive in the town and we have recently started the Saviour Trust which will concentrate on housing for the homeless and youth and children's work. The Lord has blessed us mightily but not without trials. It is a privilege to minister in Pontefract.
Verger Harry Merrick I was born and bred in Pontefract and have always lived within the sound, if not the sight of the church. I have been a deputy Church Warden since 2005 and it has been my privilege to be Verger at All Saints’ since mid 2006. It is my hope to continue to minister from and within this church for many years to come.
Church Warden, Kay Watson. I was born in London, and lived in the south until 1985. I am married to Jim and we have three children and four grandchildren. I have been a Church Warden at All Saints for 6 years and it has been a privilege working for the church and watching All Saints' becoming a warm, friendly and loving church. I am also involved with The Saviour Trust and in pastoral work.
Church Warden, Peter Snell. Born and bred in Ackworth (5 miles south of Pontefract), I moved to Pontefract when I married Gillian 36 years ago. We have two married children, Carolyn and Andrew. I work for a warehousing company in Batley as Admin. and Quality Manager. After worshipping at St Catherine's Church, Wakefield for 13 years, we transferred to All Saints' Pontefract in 2005. I have been Church Warden for 2 years, concentrating more and more on the property side of the church. I am a member of the Worship group, playing guitar. I am also on the board of the Saviour Trust.
